We specialise in the expertise required to design, implement and manage an efficient and effective, FBT exempt, work-based childcare centre.

Our expertise includes risk management, ongoing quality assurance, childcare compliance, corporate governance, finance, taxation, project management and contract administration. We also offer services to existing childcare centres through risk assessments and audits of work-based childcare centres.

We are independent
CCS is totally independent to the outsourced childcare provider and able to provide open and transparent analysis and reporting. Therefore we offer contract administration and compliance expertise with childcare legislation which is at arms length from the commercial arrangement between the organisation and the childcare provider.

We are unique
CCS offers risk management skills combined with childcare legislation compliance expertise. Our risk management model evaluates, reports and assists organisations manage the risks associated with project implementation and childcare centre operation. It is the combined knowledge of organisational risk management and governance with childcare legislation that provides the organisation with a comprehensive risk management system to assist protect the interests of the organisation's directors and shareholders. Childcare accreditation of the childcare provider does not guarantee comprehensive risk management to the organisation. The CCS risk management model is customised to complement the organisation's risk management and governance systems.
